I want clients to be able to fill in forms online, and would like to be able to use a PDF rather than a Word document - any suggestion as to how can I do this?

I have created a pdf form that can be completed and saved with reader - I have tested this by e mailing it to a colleague who only has reader (I used the distribute option in Version 8).
