You've matured about negative feedback? You're having a laugh arent you?
If you're really worried about your "baby" then start doing some proper work and looking after your clients and ensuring that the work is done properly rather than pretending you are some sort of marketing guru!

Ha Ha FT I knew we would break you eventually and now you finally accept some negative feedback and are going to do something about it.
The thing in our game is you have to know who you are talking too and on what level you talk to them on. One day you could be dealing with a hairy arsed builder the next a Doctor or Architect.
Whilst I wouldnt put LOL into a client email, your staff member obviously felt she comfortable enough with the client to do so. I am suprised the reaction it did on its own. Where there other issues brought up around quality of work etc. As that seems a bit petty to bring up with "the Boss" unless there were more too it.
What are you going to do about it.
