Weight Watchers weigh-in Week 10

I am surprised with this week’s loss since I over ate and tucked into more comfort food (Bombay Mix) whilst working on tax returns.  

Further, I could not cycle on some days since it was very cold and I did not go to the gym. It is great that I have lost this week but I cannot understand how. I was worse than last week.

My niece gave birth to a gorgeous girl – it was celebration with food.

As 31/01 gets nearer my need for comfort food is increasing. I eat fruit but it is not a comfort food for me. It needs to be fattening to give me comfort!

I really did not want to go for my weigh in today. I forced myself to go. I am glad I did. They were a high number of new joiners. It is normal for January -people with new-year resolutions.

What a week it has been!

This week’s result – Loss 1lb (one pound)

Total Weight loss to date: 10.5lbs

This week’s Weight: 13 stones 0.5.lbs

Target Weight: 10 stones

Weight left to lose now: 3 stones 0.5lbs
