Is his style suited to everybody and can he connect with those small business owners who will never be like him and lack what it takes to get beyone being a one man band ? To push certain types beyond their comfort zone is usually a disservice and ends in tears eventually as they drown in the choppy waters beyond the safety of the beach. Is this something he can identify with ?
We wait and see whether he is called into the board room - one thing is for sure , if the task fails he cannot pin it on somebody else
