A Company has relocated its factory in the Year with considerable expenses for move costs-largely moving plant ,loss of productive time ,rent duplication for a period along with a large proportion of administration time .I would like to know what the correct accounting treatment is -could it be shown as an Exceptional item and if so which costs would be allowable and as such shown seperately on the P&L account with a note to the accounts
