February 22 - Once upon a time we used to talk about our growth pipeline. Now we talk about our sustainable turnover.
Does language make a difference? I think it does. The change reflects how hard it is to grow now.
But there is another beneficial side effect. We used to focus solely on the new business. I admit we now work much harder to keep current business because replacing it is so hard.
And that's no bad thing.
So yes, language does matter.
