August 11 - Dear diary, what a week it's been.
Customers woke up realising they might need more services.
We weren't always best placed to reach them. Some obstacles got in the way.
And it's also the summer holidays (just don't look out of the window or turn on the television).
So it's been all hands on deck. Literally. We've done all we can for who we can as people asked for help. And we won't overcharge anyone as a result. I promise.
I just wish we hadn't needed to do it. No one needs this sort of silver lining.
