Due to the positive feedback from Aqilla's customers, we constantly update the software with the most demanded functions. The latest version of Aqilla 1405 has been released today. The principle enhancements in this version are the following:
Project Effective Dates
It is now possible to specify that a project is available for timesheet entry between specific dates.
In timesheet entry (Weekly or Monthly), if a project is not effective for any date of the timesheet being entered, it will not be available for selection. If the effective dates are included in the period of the timesheet, the user will be able to select the project but not enter any time outside the effective dates.
This new function prevents accidental posting of timesheets to non-active Projects.
VAT 100 Reporting
New functionality: it became possible to specify “Bi-Monthly” reporting in the VAT Reporting function. This is in addition to the existing Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually options.
The VAT 100 Report now includes a confirmation window to help reduce the chance of processing the VAT 100 report by mistake.
It provides more flexible options for submission for tax authorities.
Payment File – Bankline Format
The NatWest Bankline payments format is now supported in the Payments function.
Now allows customers of Nat West Bank Line to automatically upload a payments file into their on-line banking system reducing errors and saving time.
