One of the best ways to prove that BrightPay is a good product is through compelling case studies from our existing customers. The benefits of a customer case study allows prospective customers to understand how they are using BrightPay successfully with payroll and auto enrolment processing.

Over the last few months we have interviewed a selection of our customers to give you an idea as to why our customers are so happy with BrightPay. Unlike testimonials, a good case study brings you through the entire customer journey from needing a payroll solution to understanding the key benefits that are important to the customer. We will look at five examples and quotes of customers who are accountants, bookkeepers and payroll bureaus.

By moving to Brightpay we have been able to deliver the same payroll services as before at a reasonable cost but with the added extras of being able to email payslips and down the line to deal with the processes of auto enrolment. Processing payroll via Brightpay does not seem quicker in time than our previous payroll but the difference in time is quite minimal. The difference in cost however means that we can keep our costs competitive.

BrightPay definitely saves us time and money! We needed a 'tried and trusted' solution. We did look at SAGE as an option but decided against it as it was too expensive and it didn't seem too easy to use. We decided to use BrightPay because it is so simple and easy software to use. The auto enrolment functionality and automation help us save time and employee resources. It certainly makes the entire auto enrolment process (AE) seamless. We particularly like the direct API links between BrightPay and the pension providers. So far we have processed a couple of clients through their AE duties with ease.

We chose Brightpay as it's so adaptable. We really like the ability to be able to email payslips. We also like being able to adapt reports to suit individual client needs.
