Prior to ACT! communication within the company was limited to telephone calls and the use of Microsoft Access. Since Riley Automation introduced ACT! for Sage Line 50 all information they receive from sales and accounts departments is recorded to give up to date information and help deliver the highest level of customer service to their customers.
