Tim Kimber began his working life running a division of a small business, where he gained a strong understanding of the issues of cash flow, training and staff retention, investment capital and government red tape. This was followed by 7 years at Compaq Computer, which he spent managing various functions including Operations, Support Centre and Training and Certification programmes. When approached by Microsoft in the late 1990's to help develop and manage the marketing for the UK Skills campaign, he felt this was not an opportunity that he could turn down.
Following several years in a variety of SMB marketing roles, in both Microsoft's UK subsidiary and the European headquarters, Tim has recently taken responsibility for Office Live in the UK, overseeing its launch in November 2006 driving adoption to over 40,000 small businesses 9 months later.
Tim studied for an Engineering with Business Studies degree before completing a Masters in Business Administration. He is a Chartered Marketer and is currently finishing an MSc in Strategic Marketing Leadership.
Outside of work, most of his time is taken up by his family. Having two sons keeps him busy and fit, both playing and watching a wide variety of sporting activities.

Will Kintish was a practicing accountant for nearly 30 years. During most of those years selling, marketing and business development generally were not activities associated with his profession.
It is only now, in today's modern and competitive world are the professionals expected, not only to be great technicians but to be able to help bring business in. This is often uncomfortable for most people.
In the last 7 years since leaving the profession he has presented to over 30,000 professionals and business people across Europe. He makes networking seem so simple and fun. Top
