Help with unformatting
Hi Everyone
Please please can someone help. I've received an excel file that has been formatted and I want to remove it. It is probably simple but I don't know how to do it. The file has page numbers, blue dotted lines and a thick blue line around the outside. Can I remove it to just have the plain simple spreadsheet that I'm used to seeing and being able to manipulate. I could live with it but when I print preview it is 28 pages long, although in truth it would only be about 8-10 if some of the pages were the correct length etc.
I'm using an older version of Excel, if anyone would be so kind as to point me in the right direction.
Thanks to all who read this.
You are in page preview mode
It sounds as if you are in Page preview mode. To see the normal view, Select "View" "Normal view" (for versions up to Excel 2003).
Excel formatting
Thanks, all solved, feel a bit stupid when it was so simple.
Kind regards
