Navigation keys not working

I have never been able to use the Home or End buttons in VT Transaction+ and, since the Jun update I haven't been able to use any buttons (eg Page Up, Page Down, Esc) within the Print Preview of VT Final Accounts. I spoke to VT re the VT final Accounts issue and they don't have the same problem at their end. Does anyone have any ideas re either of the above points?

I am running Excel 2003 on XP.
