Importing Excel Entries into VTT+

I have a trial VTT+ and would like to import Excel spreadsheet data into it. The files are saved as in csv formats

- Bank payments and receipts

- Sales day book and

- Purchase day book

Can anyone help? The problem I have been told is that since it is a batch import - the transactions all have same date

which sounds very poor?

As cbp99 advises, make sure you have the latest version of VTT+ downloaded, and select Universal Input Sheet, which is the first item on the Transaction drop-down menu. It is great and allows you to import many transactions simultaneously with different dates.

Thanks to both of you. Will

I have just discovered this feature, I love it.  Speeds things up and eliminates the risk of keying errors at the same time. Great stuff.

I might seem a bit dense but...

...Where do I download this input sheet from on the VT site ?

Not a separate download

It is the first item on the Transaction drop-down menu in VT Transaction+. It is not a separate download. If you don't have it, you need to update your copy of VTT+.
