SAGE 50 automated debt recovery

We've been using SAGE 50 for years but we were always useless at chasing debts! Finally we've written a bolt-on to SAGE which chases overdue debts, based on variable customer terms. Chasers are by email or letter and the logic can be tailored easily for different user requirements. It sounds like an easy program, but it's quite tricky to get it right. It definitely has improved our cash flow, and automated the process nicely. I'm not sure what alternative products are out there, or how much of a need there is but I suspect many SAGE 50/Instant accounts users would want to increase cash flow and avoid bad debts. I would welcome comments about the desirability of this product. Thanks

I couldn't disagree more, I think Rod has managed to create a really useful sounding addon for sage and that is bound to be of interest to sage users - what better place to post!

This does sound like a great add-on, especially in the current climate of 'cash is king'!

It would be an excellent 'team mate' to DocHyperlink www.dochyperlink.co.uk which enhances the Sage Statements to enable customers to automatically download their own copy invoices. This significantly improves credit control and eliminates the normal 'can you please send me a copy invoice' excuse. 

Anything that improves cash flow is now a vital strategy rather than a 'nice to have' so good luck with the add on Rod!
