SURVEYS & PROJECTS
i have been contact by hmrc survey companies and people setting up projects at the HMRC.
My feeed back on the project-which only lasted 6 months and could have gone big places was "dissapointing" i only aver got contacted by email, and most of the time HMRC staff knew nothing about either the p[roject or the job the project was supposed to do.
so it achieved nothing since HMRC staff didnt know what the project was doing to help.
The survey was a telephone survey; fortunately I was only prepared to answer direct questions on the type of work our firm as agents do.I had no idea what the purpos eof the survey was(i.e. was it to check hmrc performance or was it to check out agents in line for the new hmrc agent strategy in order to classify agents in terms of their client type? and sa filing record?
