TAS Books 3 Transaction Import not for all !

Just want to bring to the forum that with software now being marketed that can automate the import of transactions it was a delight to see that TAS Books 3 was also offering this facility. I was on the phone to clients telling them that shorlty I would be able to take a download from their internet banking and import it into their accounting software saving loads of data input time but it was not to be. I worked on creating my first import file and at the point of asking TAS Books to read it I found that you are unable to use the routine if you have opted for using VAT cash accounting. As most of my small business clients are on VAT cash accounting I have had to call them and tell them that whilst the routine is there it only works for a small number of non VAT registered or Standard VAT accounting clients. In my opinion this is a big oversight from TAS and why were we not told of the import transaction routines limitations on launch !

TAS obviously saw the potential in providing the import routine and then messed it up by not allowing ALL users to have the benefit of it. Has anyone bought the upgrade to utilise the routine to then find it isn't avilable to them ?
