TAX BREAKS FOR INTERNET/ONLINE BUSINESSES

One of my sole trader clients has been told that there are tax breaks for internet/on-line business.

A further hint was:' new regulations have come into play here but these will only be applicable as and when we are VAT-registered'

Anyone help me with this?

thing I am aware of is that when you are VAT registered (you have to be on-line from 1/4/12) you have an extra 7 days to submit the return and by paying direct debit it will normally come out of the account about the 10-12th of the month. Was your client told this in a pub?
