Tax Credits renewals

This message is just to vent my frustration that TCO is incapable of accepting by telephone a final declaration of income for 2011-12 (and renewal confirmation for 2012-13) until after they have condescended to send out a renewal form to the claimant, which may not happen until the second week of June, some 2 months after the expiry of the 2011-12 tax year.  This is all the more iniquitous given the tight deadline they they have imposed on the claimant to comply with the renewal.

I know that tax credits are going out of the window in a couple of years, but seriously?
