2009's Quotes of the Year

As is traditional at this time of year, we like to gather together some of the wise and witty sayings that have popped up during the year in the world of accountancy. Some of the material is available on our Best of 2009 page, but I'll also be trawling through the archive for epoch-making statements, pithy bon mots and witty quips.

If you can remember any particularly telling comments, phrases or quotes, please add them below and we'll include the best ones in our New Year round-up.
