Anyone interested in forming/joining new discussion groups?

The traffic and exchanges on our various discussion groups has been increasing in recent weeks and we've been talking to several interest groups about setting up online forums for them.

If you're looking at this page, you're already aware of the discussion group facilities - are they working for you and are there any new groups that would entice you to join? The ones that we're thinking of at the moment are:

• Groups focused on professional bodies, such as ACCA, ICAEW, AAT etc.
• Bookkeepers' group
• Student Zone
• Public sector accountants
• Finance managers

Let us know if any of these groups grab you, or if you'd be interested in joining one dedicated to another subject, such as the accounting software you use.

What these groups need to work is someone who is willing to keep an eye on things and help stimulate the conversations. If we were to create a group catering for one of your interests, would you be prepared to be a discussion group manager?
