Conformation about Cider Tax increase

Can anyone confirm that the increase in tax on cider is still going to be scrapped at the end of June, and go back to the normal stardard of 2%?

As far as I'm aware, the cider tax didn't make it through the parliamentary wash up, so it will be abandoned completely on 29 June...time for a drink!

Thanx for that I had assumed it was scrapped, but no one was saying anything and before I tell my barman I wanted to be sure
