Budget discussion group

The level of consultation, speculation, gossip and technical documentation that goes into the annual (or in the case of 2010, bi-annual) Budget is daunting. This group provides a corner of the site where members can share their thoughts in a relaxed setting. And as new threads and information are added, the communal activity will help us compile a working sourcebook of technical material when the big day arrives.
