Just filling out the above.  Am i missing something.

I do not see anywhere to put the details of who is actually getting the new shares??

Just putting down how many shares are to be issued.

Please can someone confirm i am not going mad or being stupid.

Companies House SHO1 Form

 From my experience submitting this form  they (Companies House)  are not interested in who owns the shares at this stage as this will be picked up in the next Annual Return of the Company.  The company's registers will however need to be updated accordingly.  So you have not missed anything!
