CIS deductions and LLPs

We have an LLP that is a subcontractor paid under deduction. It does not operate a PAYE scheme. The LLP has two partners; one is an individual the other is a Ltd Company. Does anyone have any advice on how to efficiently reclaim the CIS deductions for the company?
