intermediary contracting companies and CIS

I have recently been contacted by a company that offers to act as a "middle man" between my client and their CIS contractors has anyone heard of/used these services?

It seems a little too good to be true

Hudson?

I'm aware of a company called Hudson who I believe are reputable - I have met with one of their director's, Richard Crisp, on two occassions. I'm also aware of other companies doing similar things whom I wouldn't recommend.

EBS or East Of England Building Services do a similar job.

They don't do anything you can't do though. They just have a watertight Contract for services in place.
