Account Prep files as paperless
Is it possible to have paperless account prep files, fully referenced with audit trails, using a 1-z system etc: without account prep jobs taking longer than paper based solutions?
Is anyone doing this successfully and if so how? All those annual accounts and audit files use up soooo much room, not to mention the usual "it wasn't me" moments when a file goes missing!
If paperless solutions inevitably take longer, how much longer?

Yes its possible !
The PaperLess Accounting Archive contains all the accounting transactions with any document images with the transaction (multiple images per transaction). The Archive has full search and reporting facilities.
A end user client using PaperLess can give Secure RemoteAccess to their Auditor to prepare the Audit from all documentation and transactions available in PaperLess, access to the accounting system is unnecessary and full excel reports can be used in the Auditors process.
PaperLess is integrated with the accounting solution in use by the client.
The "it wasnt me" nightmare has a high cost to many business and also has an impact on the profitability of an Audit - it is unnecessary now to have those nightmares !
