COPYING PARENT NAME TO ALL SUB NAMES IN .IFF FORMAT / OR CSV FORMAT

I am creating a QuickBooks Chart of Accounts based on the .IIF format which I need to import from Excel into QuickBooks. Now I have accounts with sub accounts . I need to edit each sub-account to add the parent account. Is there an easier way of adding the parent accounts name / code on all the sub name / codes. Like in this example AGRONOMY WHEAT is the parent Name and I need to add this on all sub names / codes and should be like AGRONOMY WHEAT:Farm inputs Fertilizer
