Response from me/KashFlow, or lack thereof

Great to see a discussion group dedicated to KashFlow.

I just wanted to make a post to let you know that although myself and others from KF will be reading it as often as possible, please don't use this discussion group for any urgent requirements - Either call/email support or your account manager.

I also probably wont get the chance to respond to threads here as often as I'd like.

The reason is that there are so many places we need to keep an eye on for customer communications (Facebook, Twitter, KashFlow Forums, Emails, LinkedIn, Support Desk, Telephone, Post(!), etc) that it's just not practical to add another channel to that list.

As we're growing so quickly at the moment resources are stretched as it is.

If for any reason you need to contact me directly then I can be got by emailing duane@kashflow.com. If you're ever dissatisfied with the level of service from the support team, your account manager or anyone you ever deal with at KashFlow then you should be letting me know ASAP.

I hope this becomes an active and useful place for KashFlow users to mingle, but please don't get annoyed at a lack of interaction from our side in the immediate future. It doesn't mean we love you any less!

Technical difficulties

...ours, not KashFlow's!

Thanks for joining in Duane. I though I would also mention by way of explanation your recent Tweet about frustrations about accessing accountingweb.co.uk/mobile. The simplified interface makes it easier to post comments and Any Answers questions, but doesn't include Discussion Group functionality - yet.

I've passed the request on to our technical team, who are currently hard at work on a platform upgrade. I'm hoping that once they've done that, they'll be able to adapt the mobile mechanism to make it easier for you to monitor and interact with the conversations taking place here.

Our upgrade is scheduled for late May, but I'll let you know when I hear whether the mobile group capability will be part of that package.
