Late Registration Penalties
A bookkeeper who supplies me with services via her Limited Company tells me she hasn't registered under MLR yet. Does anyone know what the penalties are for late notification - I've been looking for over an hour now and can't find anything definitive on the net. Also, can I get into trouble for using someone who hasn't registered.

It is your service provider who should be registered and who will incur penalties, not you. Hope this helps
