Another option
Hi
another option is you can preview report sometimes which is handy and then use the export button to save as PDF file, or press the printer button and pick something like the cute pdf or bullzip which is good , both or useful for printing online vat returns for your records.

Save As PDF
When you run the report, select to run it to file and one of the options in the Save As will be PDF.
One caveat to this is that if you are running any version of Sage 50 prior to v2011 and you are using a 64bit version of Windows, the standard PDF driver used by Sage will not work and you'd have to look for a 3rd party solution such as CutePDF.
If you do use a 3rd party driver, you'd select Print as normal and then choose the PDF 'printer'.
