HMRC Grammar...
On the 2nd August I received a letter, referenced CT610A, from HMRC. I'd urge everyone to find a copy of it and review paragraph 4 which starts "The accounting period end date..." Look at the second sentance: now please let me know if you can find the person to whome I could respond to!! Moreover, as this letter is issued by HMRC - an organistion - the grammar transforms to first person tense from a plural tense used in the rest of the letter. I'll bet that no one will "take responsibility" for this - no one has broad shoulders too!

The Pot calling the Kettle Black
I think perhaps you should review your own grammar and spelling before drawing attention to someone else's.
