What to look out for when buying fees

It's my intention to grow my practice by buying a block of fees. Can anyone give some advice based on personal experiences of buying fees?

Also, once the moment is there how to go about integrating the new clients?

I would suggest you need to think about managing the expectations of the clients very carefully.  Depending on how many clients you acquire, the logistics of setting them all up with terms of engagement, money laundering checks, initial contacts to introduce your firm etc will take some time.
