Product enhancement requests...

... wishlists... feature suggestions... whatever you want to call them. They're important to us, because a great many new features that have been added to our programs have come from customer suggestions.

In another thread, I said that at TAS we'd been looking at some web-based systems that enable customers to suggest enhancements and allow others to comment on their suggestions.

We have chosen to try out a system called Get Satisfaction, which lets you post your ideas and suggestions and also allows you comment on suggestions made by other people. At present it's available by visiting the Get Satisfaction website - but if the trial is successful, we'll integrate the functionality into the TAS website and provide a direct link from within our programs.

So I thought I'd post the link here, to give you the opportunity to be first and let us know your ideas. Just visit getsatisfaction.com/tas to get started.

We'd love it if you could tell us what you think of Get Satisfaction - how easy was it to use, etc. Feel free to post feedback here.

Sounds good.

Can you direct me to 'Get more time in the day' to please?

Seriously though, I hope that we shall see some of the ideas implemented. Will the system be interactive with comments from TAS?

Dale

Yes..

"Will the system be interactive with comments from TAS?"

I'll certainly read all posts, but I may not comment on all of them. Sometimes a conversation can develop (and thus better ideas) without 'the company voice'.
