What do I do if I forgot the password?

I am trying to restore a set of data onto TB3 from a client but the client has forgotten the password. The strange thing is that it is not the password to login into the software once the data has been restored, it is asking me for a password before I restore the data. I have never come across this before. Would anyone know how to: -  either bypass the password question, - or find out what the password is? Thanks.

Password-protected backup

In TAS programs you can password-protect a backup. (This is completely seperate from the program password.)

It looks like your client set a password when taking the backup. If they can't remember what it is, then you'll need to ask them to take a fresh backup... without setting a password.
