Navision Attain and Jet Reporting

My organisation has been recomended a package called Jet Reporting for use with the Navision Attain accounting software.

Does anyone have any experience of this package and if so what are your opinions? We have found Navision to be extremely cumbersome in the creation of useful reports.

Thanks.

Jet Reports
Hi Kevin,

If you are still interested in Jet Reports then we can source the software and provide training and support. Alternatively, if you are dealing with large volumes of transactions then we can provided Navision data cubes within Excel to "slice and dice".

Just give me a call, or drop me an email if we can we of any assistance.

Kind Regards

Jet Reporting & Navision
Hi Kevin,

Whilst we have no direct experience of Jet Reporting, if you are trying to report on large databases then beware! Nice drill down facilities but could take a long time extracting the data.

As a Navision Solution Centre, we have proposed and installed exports to Excel along with pivot table. All the data is taken into Excel enabling you to "slice and dice" data for analysis.

Navision reporting may not the best reporting in the world, but Advanced Dimensions will provide analysis views of data with drill down to transactional data and is excellent. Also Analysis Schedules provides user designed reports that are really not at all cumbersome.

If we can help in resolving any of your Navision reporting issues, just call me.

Kind Regards
