QuickBooks dates

I use QuickBooks Pro 2002 and column dates on reports appear in the format "day month and year" e.g. "31 December 2004 to 28 February 2005" which is often too wide. Is there a way of changing the date format to "31-12-04 to 28-02-05" or "31-Dec-04 to 28-Feb-05" in my example?

I don't think so
Hi Nick.
You can change the wording of the date in the report's title through "modify report" "header/footer" but not the title of the columns as far as I can see. You can change the size of the font which may help.
The only other way around the problem would be to export the report into excel and change the column titles there but it is a little longwinded.
Cheers
Tim
I've edited this post as I originally put the "" in brackets which made them disappear on the screen! Sorry if it didn't make sense the first time around!Tim
