We have used Quickbooks for a long time now, no problems on single user mode. Recently we had to upgrade to multi-user to allow 2 users access at once. Since having done this, it is painfully slow each time we want to run a report or do anything. James McLean
QuickBooks prompted me to upgrade today as I logged on (Accountant 2005)......Having completed the necessary upgrades QG is crashing everytime we try to open the company file. Sheena Henderson
Immediately after downloading an update to QuickBooks 2005, my PC slowed down so much there is an erratic delay of up to a second between the mouse and the cursor. Tom Trainer
V2005 appears to have a VAT problem If you upgrade from v2003 or below it "unticks" the VAT transactions resulting in garbage VAT reports. Roland Boggon
Does anybody import transactions from Excel to QuickBooks? Intuit say that you can, but do not seem to provide any instructions for doing so. Tom Trainer
I wonder if anyone else has succeeded in importing the detailed transactions in a sales ledger to start of using QB. I have tried both the Excel route and the iif route and I get so many obscure error messages that I am on the verge of giving up. Robin

When I save an accountant's review copy in QB Pro 2001 my computer saves it with an .AIF extension as expected but thinks it's a sound file. My client's computer then tries to open it using Media Player! Chris Martin
