New Compliance Checks: Guidance will be subject to consultation

Envigorated by the 2008 Finance Act which passed new legislation to aligning formation and inspection powers, rules for record-keeping and time limits for assessments and claims, HMRC is limbering up and now looking to work out what to do with so many "goodies".

HMRC has just announced that it is setting up an implementation team which will be responsible for producing Technical and Operational Guidance together with a comprehensive learning package.
