New amendments to the Pensions Bill 2007/2008

Over the last few months, the Pensions Bill 2007/08 has been working its way through parliament. This is the Bill that will put the flesh on the personal accounts regime (expected to come into force in 2012), as well as making a number of miscellaneous changes to pensions legislation.
