Residence and domicile: HMRC answer your questions

HMRC have published a set of Q & A featuring questions submitted by the tax practitioners and the public, answered by its own experts on the Finance Act 2008 rules for non-domiciled individuals and residence.

The list of questions is fairly random, but it deals with anything from gifts and the remittance basis to trusts. It will be of interest to the majority of tax advisers, as there literally is "something for everyone" here.
