News Talks Tax No.134: Underpaid Tax

Stephen Davies' query, posed on 10 November 2007 disclosed that a potential new client had approached him for help in solving a tax problem.

The individual, after discussion with a fellow employee, had contacted HMRC to advise that he thought that he was being undercharged tax. The potential client had two PAYE employments, but apparently neither Code No.
