Full time Accounts Assistants / qualified book keeper

Our firm is growing.  Fast. In anticipation of this hockey stick effect, we re looking for bright, motivated, high energy driven Accounts Assitant staff to join us.  Ideally located near to Milto Keynes and experience of working in a practice environment and not afraid of using SaaS (software as a service).  If you have used Xero, even better!  You need to be either a part qualified accountant(s), or qualified book keeper (s) with experience of doing simple self assessment tax returns.

1. Data entry / book keeping into an online software package for one client
2. Review of data entry done by clients
3. Performing bank recs for some clients
4. Review bank recs for some clients
5. Reviewing P&L / Balance Sheet for clients
6. Quarterly VAT returns – review and advise on returns
7. Self Assessment returns for clients
8. Payroll journals on a monthly basis
9. Ad hoc enquiries eg; P11D letters / query assistance from HMRC
