Tax Advisor looking to work with accountants

I am a chartered tax advisor with 12+ years experience who works alongside existing accountants to provide specialist tax advice to their clients in the following areas:

International tax (corporate and personal) including overseas structures, expats and inpats

R&D credit claims and negotiations with HMRC

Capital allowances

CGT planning including exit planning and entrepreneurs relief

IHT planning

Valuations for tax purposes (goodwill, EMI shares)

Tax efficient remuneration including disclosable tax solutions

Rates from £75 per hour. Although I am Midlands based I already work with accountants in London and the South West so location is not a problem.
