The Treloar Trust, a leading charity which provides education, care and medical support to young people with physical disabilities, is implementing a budgeting and planning system from COA Solutions (www.coasolutions.com). This system, which will be tightly integrated into Treloar’s existing COA Solutions financial management system, will provide the charity with significant time-savings, increased financial transparency and tighter control over costs. The planned go live is March 2010.

Thanet District Council has improved purchase-to-pay efficiency by implementing an intelligent data capture solution from COA Solutions (www.coasolutions.com). 1 MARCH 2010 – The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has cut costs and is reporting a reliable service since moving to COA Solutions’ managed service, part of the COA Solutions on Demand portfolio. The Trust’s COA Solutions financial management system (FMS) with integrated document management (using Version One’s technology) is being managed at COA Solutions’ service centre in Bridgwater. COA Solutions on Demand, which comprises managed and bureau services, was officially launched in 2009.

Wealden District Council (WDC), an East Sussex local authority, is implementing a financial management system (FMS) with integrated budgeting, forecasting and electronic procurement functionality from COA Solutions (www.coasolutions.com). This FMS system, which also comprises electronic document imaging and data capture software (using Version One’s technology), will provide WDC with greater control over spend and automate procurement, including reducing manual data entry of invoice information by 80%. The planned go-live is April 2010.
