Dataflow are pleased to announce that they have purchased the business of the Scottish based transport software house, John Richard & Co. (Systems) Limited, a company which has been a dataflow Reseller for many years.

John Richard & Co have produced very successful software solutions for the transport industry, including Multihaul for the main Traffic Office and Accounts department, Multistor for the Warehousing and Storage departments, GAS for the Workshop and WTD that controls records for the European Working Time Directive. All these products have been seamlessly integrated to dataflow and are now providing a total management solution for many clients nationwide.

Dariush Mogtader, Dataflow's Managing Director is quoted as saying 'I am very pleased to have acquired John Richard's software. We are very serious about expanding our customer base into the Transport and Logistics industry. It is a very important market sector and we intend to invest further to ensure that the software solutions that we have to offer become Number One.'
