Demystifying XBRL - live events across the UK

Keytime will be joining the ICAEW on a number of their forthcoming events around the UK titled "Demistifying XBRL".

These events are designed to help those agents filing tax returns and those who prepare statutory accounts, gain a better understand of the iXBRL standard.

Full details of the events are available hereĀ here

With effect from April 2011 it will be compulsory for companies to e-file their corporation tax returns and pay their corporation tax electronically. This obviously has a knock on effect for accountants in practice.

HMRC introduced its iXBRL service in November 2009. But what is iXBRL, and will it mean a significant change to working practices for accountants? If you want to know the answer to these or other questions on XBRL, then this event is for you.

You can meet the Keytime team at the two London events, being held at Chartered Accountants' Hall, Moorgate Place, London, EC2R 6EA on Monday 1st March 2010.

The morning event is fully sold out (with over 120 attendees), however the afternoon event still has availability.

Whichever event you are attending, we will be pleased to see you.
