DocuSoft announces new Document Management Conversion functionality

The DocuSoft team is pleased to announce the release of a new Document Management Conversion facility to speed the process of importing documents and records from other document management systems.

The new Document Management Conversion facility helps minimise the time and hassle involved in moving to DocuSoft from other document management systems such as those provided by Rapport, Adest and INVU.

Derek French, B.SC., Commercial Director, says “We have been listening very carefully to prospective customers and it has become clear there are some significant obstacles to changing which we are now addressing with the new Document Management Conversion functionality. For example, customers using INVU v5 have been faced with very high costs to convert to the later v6 of INVU. We are now able to offer a viable alternative to any INVU v5 users that will allow them to use more modern approaches to document management and records which includes improved email filing and archiving.”

Talking about the new Document Management Conversion function, Shekhar Chauhan M.Sc., Technical Director, comments “We have been keen to achieve a practical solution to the problem of migration from one system to another.
