Online accounting provider, e-conomic, today announces that it has entered into a partnership with Microsoft to integrate with an online version of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
The combined ERP and CRM solution will enable customers to link their online accounting system with their Customer Relationship Management. Navigation will be easy thanks to both firms having a straightforward user interface, and the monthly subscription comprises continuous updates as well as support.
e-conomic’s Anders K. Hansen, who led the project said: “ Our goal is to provide manageable internet-based business solutions to our clients worldwide as we grow. To do that, we want to give e-conomic as much versatility as possible to link with other software and we’re delighted to team up with a major player like Microsoft.”
Bjørn Skou Eilertsen, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales Lead, Western Europe, believes it’s a win-win partnership: “To Microsoft, the co-operation with e-conomic gives us an exciting and innovative expansion of our existing product portfolio outside Denmark. e-conomic's customers will be able to choose between either a solution integrating ERP and CRM for installation on their own servers or a combined hosted online solution – all depending on their firm's requirements. We expect sales of this type of online CRM and ERP to have very widespread appeal and gain considerable ground across Europe.”
