The 2016 Practice Excellence Awards, which celebrate excellence and best practice across the profession, are now open for entries.
The 2016 entry mechanism has been refined so that applicants now create and complete entries in a dedicated section of the Practice Excellence website. The process keeps all the information in one place to make applying simpler and quicker.
Applicants can enter multiple categories and now have the option to work on partial entries and then return at a later time to complete them. There will also be helpful guidance on what the judges want to see from entrants in each category.
The 2016 awards will feature the usual practice of the year categories (small, medium and large), plus prizes for innovative firm, growth champion, technology champion, unqualified champion and outstanding contribution to the profession. There are also three new categories:
- Client service firm of the year - Do you obsess over client service and care? Demonstrate your vision and approach to client care by submitting tangible case studies and testimonials from clients
- Small business advisory firm of the year - Do you have a solid commitment to business advice beyond compliance? Show how an advisory approach has helped your clients and your practice
- New firm of the year - Firms in the first three years of trading have a chance to compete for recognition based on their overall proposition, vision, service and client care. Judges will want to hear about their growth so far and plans for the future.
Applicants will be asked to submit short written statements on the online application system, with the option to attach other relevant evidence that our judging panels will use to select the winners.
Full details and information on how to enter are now available on the Practice Excellence Awards website.
Entries for the awards close on 2 June and we’ll reveal the shortlisted firms on 15 July.
The countdown has started to find out whether your hard work and commitment will be recognised, so get your entries in now!
